Terms of Service

1. Nature of Our Services

Zaman Visa Center (ZVC) provides visa consultancy and documentation support services. We are not a government agency, embassy, or immigration department, and we do not make visa or admission decisions. All final decisions rest solely with the relevant embassy, high commission, immigration authority or educational institution.

2. No Guarantee of Outcome

We do not and cannot guarantee the approval of any visa, study permit or admission application. Our role is limited to advising on eligibility, assisting with documentation, and submitting applications on your behalf where agreed.

3. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate, truthful and complete information and documents. Zaman Visa Center is not liable for consequences arising from false, incomplete, or misleading information supplied by the client.

4. Fees

Consultancy fees, where applicable, are communicated and agreed upon before service begins. Government, embassy, EMGS, or institutional fees are separate from ZVC's consultancy fees and are payable directly to the relevant authority unless otherwise agreed.

5. Refund Policy

Refund terms for consultancy fees are outlined in your individual service agreement at the time of engagement. Government and third-party fees already paid to embassies, immigration departments or institutions are generally non-refundable by ZVC.

6. Partner Institutions

Where ZVC refers clients to partner schools or universities in Australia or Malaysia, the admission decision and enrolment terms remain the responsibility of that institution.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ZVC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from visa refusals, processing delays, or decisions made by third-party authorities beyond our control.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
